Refunds & Returns

1. General

B2B services. Refunds apply to unrendered or cancelled milestones according to the contract/SOW.

2. Upfront & milestones

  • Upfront is non-refundable after actual start of work (confirmed hours/milestones).

  • If a milestone hasn't started, we refund 100% of that milestone.

  • If started, we refund pro-rata for the unfinished part.

3. Retainers

Unused periods are refunded pro-rata minus completed work and third-party costs.

4. Ad budgets

Budgets in ad platforms belong to the client and are refunded per platform rules.

5. Procedure

  • Email refunds@infyance.com with contract/invoice number and reason.

  • We review within 10 business days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Disputes

We aim to resolve amicably within 10 business days; otherwise as per the contract and French law.
